If your transactions run past your plan's limit two months in a row, I'll move you to the right plan before doing the work — never a surprise charge, never a per-transaction fee. Above 250 transactions a month, or three or more entities, I'll quote you directly.
Every plan is billed monthly by ACH on autopay, with no contract — 30 days' notice ends the engagement, and your QuickBooks file is always yours.

Cleanup & catch-up
Quoted after a free diagnostic review, based on how many months are open and how much repair each one needs. You get a fixed written price before any work starts — never an open hourly meter.
Most cleanups are quoted per month of backlog. Businesses more than two years behind are quoted as a single project.
QuickBooks Online setup
Waived for clients starting on a monthly plan with clean books. Priced as a standalone project for businesses that want the foundation built properly and intend to keep doing their own bookkeeping.
Your QuickBooks Online subscription is billed by Intuit directly and is separate from anything Faro charges.
Pricing questions, answered honestly
Why is there a range and not one fixed price?
A business with 40 transactions a month and one with 400 are not the same job. Pricing them identically means overcharging one or under-serving the other. The published numbers are real starting points; after the consultation you get one specific number in writing, and it holds unless your business materially changes.
Will the price go up later?
Your rate is fixed for at least twelve months. After that it changes only if your volume or scope has genuinely grown, or if Intuit raises QuickBooks pricing enough to matter. Any change comes with 60 days' written notice and a plain explanation. Nothing gets quietly adjusted on an invoice.
Do I pay for the QuickBooks subscription too?
Yes, and Intuit bills you directly, not me. I'll help you pick the right plan level and set it up, but I don't mark it up or resell it. If a provider bundles software into their fee without showing the underlying cost, ask what the markup is.
What happens if I want to leave?
30 days' written notice and we're done. Your QuickBooks Online file belongs to you and stays in your name — I simply remove my access. You get a reconciled file and a written summary of where things stand, so the next bookkeeper starts clean. Holding a client's books hostage is a practice worth walking away from.
Is there a discount if I pay annually?
Ask during the consultation. I'd rather discuss it openly than advertise a discount that quietly assumes a longer lock-in.
